Tracing Cultural Journeys through the Downtown Eastside celebrates the 125th anniversary of Vancouver. Through presentations, workshops and a finale concert, the event will showcase the diverse populations that the Carnegie building has served since 1903. Tracing Cultural Journeys will explore how various cultural and social groups inform who we are as a community today and how the issues that were dominant a century ago continue to influence contemporary realities.
