This unique project will bring a wide-ranging roster of professional Vancouver artists and musicians together with a diverse youth audience in Southeast Vancouver. Through the medium of an extremely popular musical and cultural genre, this project will inspire young people by providing them with diverse role models and an expanded awareness of the roots of hip-hop in their community while celebrating Vancouver’s - past and present - diversity.
