VACT’s 12th annual Asian Comedy Night will showcase 7 local Sketch Groups vying for the coveted Vancouver Rice Bowl and the People’s CHOYS Award with the theme of celebrating Vancouver’s 125th anniversary. Elements will include Vancouver locations, prominent local personalities and random Asian components. The Rice Bowl is judged by local Celebrity Judges while the People’s CHOYS Award is judged by YOU – the audience, measured by YOUR applause. Zany, Crazy, Wild and Funny! 12 years strong and still laughing and peeing! Hosted by Tetsuro Shigematsu with musical guest, Carson “Chi Sun” Ho and guest appearance by Tom Chin.
